Our reservation office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MST/PST during daylight saving time. The best way to have your questions answered is to send us an email at stay@cozycactus.com.  We look forward to hearing from you!

RESORT POLICIES

• Back Patio Safety: The patio is tiered with varying levels. Guests are responsible for watching their step and exercising caution at all times.
• Check-In: 3:00 pm
• Check-Out: 11:00 am
• Child Policy: Guests aged 10 and older only, unless the entire resort is booked.
• Pet Policy: Dogs allowed only when booking the entire resort. $50 dog fee applies (maximum two dogs). 
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only outside, away from guest rooms—please be considerate of others.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A 50% deposit is due upon booking to secure your reservation.
• Deposits are not refunded if cancellations are made within 30 days of arrival.
• The full amount of the stay will be charged 14 days before arrival, and is not refundable.
