RESORT POLICIES

  • Our child policy is 10 years or older. (unless booking entire Resort)
  • Smoking and vaping allowed only on the patio, away from other guests (no smoking or vaping in the rooms)
  • No pets please (The CourtHouse may accommodate a pet with prior approval and pet fee)
  • We DO NOT allow aromatherapy or incense (not allowed in rooms or on anywhere on the property)
  • Tobacco smoking allowed OUTSIDE (common courtesy please).


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation Policy: 14 days (Forfeit of one night deposit)
  • Cancellation Policy: No-shows will be charged for entire stay
  • Cancellation Policy for entire Resort booking: Call for details
