All 6 units are self-contained with private out-side entrances.  All bedrooms have king size beds and all units have either full kitchens or kitchenettes.

The CourtHouse

The owners’ prior residence, designed by architect Paul Overman.

Two Bedroom House with loft and unmatched views.  The gourmet kitchen has a BlueStar professional range and the private back patio includes a firepit and gas grill.  The master bath has a walk-in rain shower and there is a soaking tub in the second bathroom. The CourtHouse has its own garage and an in-unit washer and dryer.


Cowboy Hideaway Condo and Sedona Sky Condo

Both condos have private parking and each of their backdoors open to the expansive patio and the Coconino National Forest.  These self-contained condos are identical except for furnishings, and communal washer/dryer are available in the common area.

“The views from the back balcony are the best in the Sedona area!”… a quote from a long-time local resident.

It is true, we find that many guests have difficulty pulling themselves away from the balcony with its amazing view of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte.  When they do, they enjoy the extra-large custom tile shower (even the shower has great views), and other in-suite amenities.
