Cozy Cactus Policies:
- Single night bookings are very limited, and confirmed multi-night stays can not be changed to a single night stay. Bookings of four rooms or more require a three night minimum stay. Please call direct at 1-800-788-2082, or send us an email at info@cozycactus.com, to inquire about exceptions to these policies.
- Three night minimum over Holiday weekends.
- A deposit of one night’s lodging is required to hold a reservation of two nights or less. For stays of three or more nights, a deposit of 50% is required. Ten percent pre-tax discount is offered for stays of four nights or longer. DOES NOT APPLY TO SUMMER RATES OR TWO BEDROOM SUITES.
- Cancellation fee is $25. Remainder of deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs a minimum of ten days prior to first night’s stay. Reservations cancelled less than 10 days prior to first night’s stay will receive refund in proportion to specific rooms that are re-rented.
- In consideration to the increased allergic sensitivities of individuals, we do not allow aromatherapy or the burning of incense in our guest rooms. We will be happy to recommend aromatherapy sessions with local facilities.
- $25 charge for an extra person – 3rd person in one-bedroom suite, 5th person in two-bedroom suite.
- Children welcome 15 years or older / Adults traveling alone welcome 21 years or older (please call for exceptions to these policies).
- Check-in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. (we’re happy to accommodate early and late check-ins – with prior approval).
- Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. (of course we have been known to be flexible - when possible).
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- No pets allowed. (As a small, owner occupied, B&B the Cozy Cactus is exempt from Title 3. However, we would be happy to assist you with alternative B&B and lodging recommendations).
- The Cozy Cactus is a non-smoking facility (smoking allowed on patio…of course away from open windows).
- Take-out Tuesdays starting 2012
- Due to our year-round low rates we cannot offer travel agent discounts or pay commissions.
